TorchesAcrossAmerica

Torches Across America (TAA) is a motorcycle ride for all riders who want to show their respect to everyone who lost their lives and to the family's who lost their loved ones on that sad morning of September 11, 2001. TAA takes nine days, starting on the West Coast (Sept 3rd). Ride the whole trip, just through your state or a few miles when it comes in your area. If you can not take time to ride on the ride, everyone is welcome to be with us at any of the stops we make going across the country.

Kip Doran sent me an e-mail saying; I understand the Patriot Guard will be there in his honor, I’m sure it will be packed with a lifetime of friends and family.

I am very proud to say that I road with Don Snyder on two TAA rides. He was a super person and helped me out in many ways. On the second TAA ride he came with his brother (Link Snyder) and their friend Kip Doran and the three of them were super great road guards.

Here are some of many pictures I have of Don Snyders thanks to all of the TAA riders.

Gary,

Please pass on to Don's daughters my deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of Don.

He was a great person to ride across country with and fun to be with. I was just telling my wife how he would kid me about being the only "noisy" Harley rider on the run before someone else joined us. There are other stories I could go on with that would attest to the fine person he is. I say "is" because he will always live on in my memories and stories.

take care,

Rudy Santiago
